"I am a real estate agent, and over my career I have had the pleasure, and displeasure of dealing with multiple lenders from all facets of the business. After a failed attempt with one lender to purchase my home on a simple VA loan due to the underwriter continuing to ask for things, and wanting me to just extend past closing which would have cost me several thousand dollars in prepaid interest i had to cancel that contract and move on to a different home to purchase. "I don’t even think the words exist to tell you how AWESOME Downs Financial is and why you should work with/call them RIGHT NOW!! But, I’ll try . . . I found myself in a situation where my debt, my bills, and my current mortgage with a local bank were at a level that left me with no ability to save any money for emergencies and I needed some help.
